Dave is also a 2026 registered member of both the American Water Works Association and the Texas American Water Works Association.
Dave served as a Small Utility Representative Member on the Plastic Pipe Institute Municipal Advisory Board (April 2015 – April 2021) and on the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Pipe and Fittings Standards Committee, Thermoplastics (Polyolefins) 263 Committee (Oct 2015 – Present).
